If you’re wondering if I manage to do these religiously, sorry to let you know I’m part hypocrite.
  1. Visualization - Imagine the things you want. Imagine the next day every night before bed.
  2. Focusing - Ask yourself “What do you need to feel great?”
  3. Cold showers - Choose your discomforts before random discomforts choose you.
  4. Nibble exercise - Microdose pushups / squats / hangs / etc every hour
  5. Stranger smile - Telepathically say “I want you to be happy” as you make eye contact.
  6. Gratitude recording - Collect every little thought or thing that makes you feel grateful. This is the real gold.
